It is a cheap , 3rd class company , who manufacture Inverters & Solar Systems. Millenium has worked for many Big Brands and i.e. the source of marketing for them . But the reality is that Millenium Electronics has ruined all these companies including Mahindra, Exide, Usha, V-Guard, True Power etc. Because they manufactured cheap products . You can find easily that the cabinets of product will be new but inside Product they fix faulty PCB . And after some time in market products faces many problems . By chance if product runs and after few months within warrenty if fault come then they blame consumer that you put the PCB on water . But the reality is that they uses Faulty, Rusted and Old PCB’’s inside inverter . And takes extra money of service also .
They have foreign clients also but reality is that they exports waste and many of clients have cased on Millenium .
Now coming to the next part - Management . Management is full of Idiots . And company is full of Unskilled Engineers . Engineers of this company is just only 5th-10th passed . Even they don’’t know how to write a letter . Managing Director of company is the biggest idiot and he don’’t know how to behave with employees. He should appreciate God that he has a company by chance and by mistake . Even all his employees are not happy with him .
This company pays very less and provide no experience, Salary Slip, I-Card, Joining letter . If you are Diploma Or Degree holder then they will never provide you any of the above and I’’m saying this on my personal experience . So please don’’t waste your time here. It’’s better to open a tea sea instead of working here.
You can judge this company by this that , they have 1 or 2 Diploma holders for quality control . No process and Testing Engineers - Non Technical & Unskilled persons are working as an Engineer. Here is no value for educated persons .
