Nowadays we have many gym, street to street we have many gyms, each every gym has good equipments but the missing thing was good trainers. no gym can be without trainers, but what they do?
you can see many of then often use phone or sit chat with some one, some of then opened gym without any experience, some trainers sleeps in the gym,
we go many month but we dont get results not even 10% our body upgrades, many says do full body workout in alternating days that will help  in building muscles, those who says doesnt follows it.
some eagerly take mass gainers, whey protein powders, tablets eagerly without proper training, the gym trainers encourages because they get a small profit if they buy and give,
eagerly taking supplements and being affected with some problems.
BUT, here in this gym nothing like that u can see because I am a member in that gym for 2 years after that we relocate to vellore so I cant go there, the time when I start till the time I drop that gym I had never seen anything I mentioned above, the only gym I saw with 4 trainers and 1 assistant trainer, no one can come and do on their own wrongly, dont think like no freedom we cant do what we like, I mean we can do whatever workout we want they will be near us always if any one does wrong they wont allow or laugh at them just by seeing immediately they correct them,
they teach us how to do and when to do so friendly, I mostly do workouts with them, for every person they tell the order of workouts when to be done, its like being enjoying there, they wont recommend protein too earlier after getting into a minimum form if members wishes they will recommend the products which they took or some members in the gym took, they show examples of gains of taking supplements and then they take take with a strong belief.
so friendly and can spend a lots of hours in the gym, .
timing morning 5 am to 9 pm always the gym will be opened
totally there are 4 trainers, 2 in day shift and the other 2 in night shift. the all 4 are professional body builders, one of them quit and just being a trainee but the other 3 are still doing into competition, one of the guy started his own gym 6 months before.
good infrastructure with 4 acs totally 3 floors,
1st floor : treadmill, cycling  like weight loosing equipments.
2nd floor:body building equipments, weight training.
3rd floor: aerobic exercises, weight training.

tue : lats, biceps (each 4 workouts)

sun: weight training(combining shoulder and legs)
mostly within 8 weak we get transformed, many minor competitions will be conducted in the gym like push up, pull up, double bar, dead lift competition cash prises are awarded for that with in the gym so useful,
