Sangram doesnot abcd of controller, sangram tells mam ne keha hai gl ek category hai to category hai sangram ek number ka director ka chapluse pls dont join this company oh God this is company or torture room, no team individually u complete this and Jyoti, Sangram will make your life HELL.
This is the worst company ever I have seen, please please don’t join this company. Within two months you will be out. Here company does not have good resource, It has no client, whatever client it has --1 or 2 they are old loyal and fool client, company doesn’t fulfill the requirement then one manager (11) yrs in this company.
So called Sangram, does not know anything( but has master degree in BAD POLITICS AND MISUSE OF MANGER POWER, SCIENCE) ..any thing but he will show "HE IS BUSY BUT BUSY FOR DOING POLITICS FULL DAY "in the evening he wakes up when client chat starts, he does not have any knowledge but who will understand superior of him Jyoti is layman in technical line....
The full conclusion is that here all are doing politics to save their job, no work only politics. When boss is fool u can think about the situation..here all projects are locally outsourced.
This is not a software company, think 1000 times before joining.
