6 employees were fired in front me without giving them proper reason.
On my first day I could hear people fighting on the phone talking that the company has not yet paid for the travel allowances and still asking the employee to travel to other state on his own expense.
The company is mismanaged, salary is never on time, you are told to work for late hours. Saturdays are working. You will be fired immediately and the management will give any stupid reason.
There is no work culture because everything is unorganized.
There is lot of foul language going in office.
