They blocked my access to my account because I asked for my money back.
They did not resolve two issues that I asked them to resolve.
1) They constantly changed my profile preferences from 45 to 65 years old Catagory TO 20 to 40 years old. and my distance preference from 200 miles to anywhere from 15 to unlimited miles distance.
2) They did not resolve the issue of Woman that have numerous profiles with the same photos and different names, cities, states and countries.
October 16th, I filed a complaint with the San Francisco California Better Business Bureau and responded too late to review their decision.
Mingle2 dating website has never responded to me OTHER THAN they will respond in 24 hours!
