Kill any city by following the given simple steps. This particular review is not about Ministry of Home Affairs, but they are the people who can clean the mess.
- No traffic system in place: - This is arguably the best way to kill a city.
a. Let anybody and everybody jump the traffic lights including me.
b. No two-wheeler rider should be allowed to wear a helmet.
c. I should be allowed to stop & park my vehicle at any place in the road. After all it is my vehicle; I can stop it at any place.
d. If I am turning right or left, it is the duty of person following me to see whether I am turning to right or left.
e. It is just a road so I can use right or left side of it, if the signal is green.
f. I have my license that means I can drive well.
g. I am allowed to talk on my mobile while I am driving.
h. I can honk horns at every place. What do you mean by Hospitals?
i. I can break lanes at any time.
j. I can have my cigarettes, food and drinks while I am driving. I am paying for it.
k. I can drive in any direction on the road.
- Most corrupt policemen in the city:-
a. As a person follow all the things written in S.No. 1
b. Do what police wants to do.
c. Catch poor people.
d. Earn money. After all I have paid for this price posting.
e. Neglect all acts of law breaking if I am getting paid.
- Let shops steal the roads
a. We can put our things on display and have rights to use the roads.
b. If we are constructing our shop we can let sand, bricks and other things be in front of our shop.
c. Our customers can park their vehicles in front of shop, even if it is no parking area.
d. Ads can block traffic light and people should not be allowed to see lights.
- No Municipal system in place
a. Municipality should not be allowed to function in the city.
b. Garbage should be everywhere.
c. A lot of virus should be in Air because of the stink. After all Doctors pay a lot to complete their MBBS
d. It should be a non bailable arrest for the driver who covers his truck carrying garbage.
- *No Awareness among people of the city
* a. No awareness programs should run in the city.
b. If anybody caught telling others about etiquettes, he should be punished and banned to enter the city again.
c. Chewing pan masala and marking roads with it should be compulsory.
- Last but not the least.
a. No school should be allowed to talk about country.
b. If a person is standing while national anthem is played, he should be given a life imprisonment.
c. Talking in mannered language on roads and public places should be offence.
You can add your own points to this so that we find a fool proof way to kill a city. Let’s evolve a system over a period of time so that we can kill a city in less then a week.
