Reservations will invite more brain drain

Recent ’Quota’ regulations recommended by Arjun Singh raised a lot of issues and debate. Does this country provides rights to equality? or encourages inequality? I agree with what ever happend to ’Dalits’ in the past was not justified , but why should this generation pay a price for something they never did. Helping the social sectors with a disadvantage is one story and compromising on capabilities is another..why can’t government open more coaching centres for this particular section rather than forcing the system to pave the way for inefficiencies.

I want to stay in India, and contributein development here, however such stupid actions on the part of politicians makes me think again whether I and my upcoming generations have any future in my own country? Such actions and policy will call for more brain drain..and entire nation would suffer. Why don’t the same ministers visit a doctor from backward section when they fall sick? why don’t they marry their sons and daughters to this backward class to uplift them? It is a simple vote game , politicians keep segmenting nation and their vote banks on the basis of caste.

This ’reservation’ is not only bad for entire nation, also it will bring more inefficiencies in backward section, instead of trying to improve they will rely on system’s inefficiencies.
