There are many reviews written on the topics of reservation in Education under Ministry of Human Resource Development,
I could read few and presumed that all are single-minded reviews.
I noticed whoever read and rated are all the same side of anti reservation, all have rated useful or very useful. For what?. It is partly all fully to instigate all over India?
Every one forgets that most of the obc/sc/st ( in fact 99 %) students are also economically backward.
It is true as mentioned in many reviews that these quota students failed in IIT even in first exams itself and take 7 years to complete five years course and many more attempts. We are happy to know that they are at least able to complete the course without committing suicide.
Others may not know what are the problems they are facing in side the college or in his own mental/physical system or from his village?.
The day one they entered into college, they are stamped by others in their own code.
To study firstly free mind is required, secondly interest is required, and both will never come to them by the circumstance where in they study. They have to struggle to cultivate these two.
Education system is largely only to test human memory, back track?
After study, No one uses his entire course stuff in his job, very little portion is applied to do job in any company that may be software company or hard ware co, or any other cos. Remaining is based on individual gaining knowledge on trial and error. No body teaches to those so called quota fellows in the company. He has to stand on his own like others. Swimming is easy in stagnated water or in pool/pond but it is very difficult to swim in the turbulent water or if the stream is in opposite direction. We cannot ignore that there are many anti reservation people spread over to prevent poor fellow gaining anything. On the other hand nuisance factor will be increased .No one jumps into job in full swing from the day one they joined. Every one needs to go for training, probation to gain confidence irrespective of their ability in grabbing. Management will always be taking enough precaution over the new guys till they prove their capabilities.
In fact, the quota fellows do not want to study on their own. It is the anti reserve force to make them to study. It is a social threat making them go to school. Otherwise they have to live as of they’re fore fathers. We can not just ignore the fact that still millions of people in India are living in the same old situation. Other country TV channels bring these scenes to the knowledge of world
You students. What are you going to be affected by having few students more in the class? Anyway they are brain less fellows who will be passive, no harm at all.
Learning is an organization of system carrying out one set of behaviour under one set of circumstances. That is why Education system should have common platform for everyone
Are the meritorious students going to serve in India after completion? The answer is Mostly NO.
How IITians , ? Even before writing final Exam they get Air ticket to fly to America /Australia to have comfortable life or earning Dollars? Will they come back? No, unless they are thrown out.
The poor fellows who pass their exam in 7 attempts or 9 attempts will have to stay in India and they are the one in reality, resources of India , besides those who are not able to fly out of country.
Some people(obc/sc/st) find difficulty in every opportunity that is why they are blamed
History says , NASA failed 20 times out of its 28 attempts made to send a rocket into space.

The Quota students will never get inspired because their life is full of perspiration.

According to the Anti reserve agitators; India will be taken to top by their performance. In reality, it is not so. But still UN and other human right organization from other countries will not fail to notice largest poor fellows are living in India. How will India be equated?
The ancient days where was MBBS, MS’ Doctor in India? Is there any Doctor to prevent DEATH phenomena? Is there any one guaranteed for their life?
Today one fellow and tomorrow another ends their life. That is the law of nature.
Fighting among us will not bring India to Sky. It will only make the way for splitting into many like Pakishtan, Bangaladesh.

Let us find the solution to improve our country rather than disturbing normal life.
