I am Premnath gone for my father’s check up. To tell about MIOT International, it has very good Infrastructure, Good Doctors.
Except the front office staffs are terrible, irresponsible, and unfamiliar to their work. I submitted the file in reception at 10.40am to meet doctor and they asked us to wait. We are waiting till 3.30pm until that they didn’t allow us to meet doctor. There are no seats available to sit since there are limited seats available. We asked about that they again asking us to wait. Almost up to 5hours we are waiting by not even having lunch.
Due to hungry we found a canteen(actually not), the foods high cost with worse quality. We came back again to reception they ask to wait again since the report has to be signed by doctor. Actually we haven’t met Doctor and waiting from 10.40am to 3.30. That staff saying that your file is miss placed to report section for long time, and at last she allowed inside meet doctor. The front office staffs are employed only as cat walkers. the staffs know only one word "WAIT". Very worst culture of caring Hospital(actually Not an hosp.).
