Mirch Masala show on cookery on star plus hosted by Rakesh. It is aired at 1pm on sunday after noons. Don’t go by the name it does have a name of mirch masala but the chef includes sweets too. The recipes are simple and easy to cook. The ingredients are easily available, in the market.
The chef starts with a recipe which is simple , then he invites a guest on the show they are not celibrities , they are asked to share recipes with the viewers. The guest too share good recipes.
The chef winds off the programme by giving tips for better cooking.and kitchen maintenance.The suggestions are mostly written by viewers.
Recipes are simple and the chefs presentation is also good.
Best part is when the chef cooks according to the season and festivals, Diwali Holi and other festivals delicacy is included.
