Horrible service and poor quality products

Purchase made in July. I received in September a text from the shipping company asking for £50 fees for the delivery. I was unaware of that, nothing said when I bought the items. Unfortunately I had to pay as this company would not refund my money after asking many times(Consumer Rights Act says that the items must be delivered within 30 days unless a different time period is agreed, otherwise you have the rights to cancel the order). The quality of the items purchased is very low, it ended being a loss of £200 pounds. Easy return and exchange says on the website but when you click on that it appears nothing but other items to purchase. Thinking of suing the company. Unacceptable and misleading.
