After some arm-twisting(Using FB and review websites), I finally got my refund.
Appreciate that some step was finally taken.
The product received however, looked nothing like what was shown on the website. And I had a terrible customer service experience. Actually, I wasn’t able to reach them at all!
I would definitely not recommend buying clothes from here. Specially given that if one comments anything negative on fb, they simply block that person from posting on the page, instead of focusing on improving product quality.
