I bought a salwar from Mirraw and the quality was worst than a doormat. First, to deliver this product they have charged me some money which is non refundable and also to return they shitty product I had to spend some money. Second, its over 6 months I haven’t received the refund. They send conflicting email, one email says your refund is actioned and another says it will happen in two days. They cannot provide me any details on the transaction also. To top that, the customer serivce executive(Sapna) speaks like she doing me a favor!
