I bought a suit from their website on the 23 Aug 2020 and wanted to return it as it wasn’t what I expected it to be. I returned it on 27th Aug 2020. After that I am continuously following up on my refund. Then on the 3rd of Sep 2020, they mailed and messaged me that the vendor has received the order and your refund process has been initiated. You will receive the refund within 5-7days. It’s been 7 days since then I still haven’t received my refund. They blindly just mail the same copy pasted msg again and again without actually reading what the customer has written in the mail. Totally disgusted and disappointed in Mirraw’s customer service and customer policy.
