Hello friends today I am writing my 107th review on mouthshut.com maza.com is a website available in India to earn money online without investing much time and labour on lease by simply writing . But I am sure that my review is not affected by the policy of paying for writing my review is in accordance to my personal experience it is not affected by experience of other people and other reviews available on mouthshut.com . My review is absolutely unbiased and true . Today my reviews related to a gym . Everybody now a days specially youth which include both boys and girls want to be fit and due to this every gym available in our cities is earning a well money . But the thing is that do we know which gym trainer will train your body properly and which gym trainer do not even know how to train body properly. This we are going to discuss today that Mitali International gym which is the name of the gym we are talking about . It is located in Mumbai Bandra. Mumbai one of the biggest and important city both economically and ecologically for India . So let’s talk about the gym in my review I will focus 3 main things the first one will be the infrastructure and the Ambience of the gym, the second thing will be the staff attitude and Reena knowledge and the third thing will include the value for money aspect regarding this gym . So let’s get started .
Let’s start with the infrastructure then fee structure of the gym is not so good as I have experience in other gems of same City and even same locality . The infrastructure is not so good as you will not find proper lighting in the gym. And the biggest thing the equipment and machines they use are outdated which is the most important factor why we should not go to this gym as the equipment and machines of the gym and most important thing that’s why we go to these gyms otherwise we will exercise at home only. The Ambience is also not so good the staff is not upto the mark because they do not provide Towers and do not clean the used machines which have sweat of other persons who were exercising before us. This is the biggest problem in all of the gyms right now .
Now let us talk about the staff attitude and knowledge of the trainer. Staff attitude of this gym is ok . They are very helpful to us they always provide what we want . But the trainer I think is not educated properly. He will easily tone your body. But if you need special attention to any special muscle of your body or special part of your body such as abs, biceps, triceps and chest part etc . He will not be able to help you properly this is my personal experience with him.
The last thing which comes is the that whether the gym is value for money or not according to me the gym is asking more money as compared to the training they give to the customers and the service they are providing to us
At last I will not suggest you to go to this gym if you are a proper gym like me and one attention on specific parts of your body or specific muscles of your body. Then you should not go to this thing as the trainer working in this gym can destroy your body .
