Iam Suhail EA . iam going to review Mitashi MISAC155INv35 1.5 Ton 5 star BEE rating 2018 invertor AC. I have bought this air conditionor from gopu nandhilath g-mart at kodungallur. Its a big store of electronics and home appliances. I requested the sales man for a good air conditioner at low price range. He suggested me the mitashi air conditioner . I like it’s colour and design. I have enquired all features of the air conditioner . the sales man well explained everything about it. I have impressed with the features of air conditioner. Then I purchased it and fixed in my room. At the first time It’s daily used for 2 hours. After a month I have shocked with the electricity bill. It’s raised from 700 to 1800 rupees. There after I used the air conditioner for only 3 times a week. It’s mainly used for my computer system .the computers get more comfort in a air conditioner room. It also helps to enhances the durability of the computers. Iam a video editor. Some of my works are done in my room. That is the main purpose of purchasing of this air conditioner. The exact date of purchasing of this air conditioner is on 24th December 2019. For 6 months it worked properly without any complaints. But after about 6 months it’s compressor gets complianted. I contacted the customer care service centre and informed about this compliant. They said that they will sent a mechanic. But after a month no one come to check the air conditioner. Then I contacted them one more time , but they didn’t respond to my call. So I contacted the shop from the air conditioner Is purchased. They said that mechanic is provided by the company. They can’t do anything. Overall the working of air conditioner is not bad. But the customer care service centre is really poor. I have checked my air conditioner with a local mechanic. I didn’t recommend anyone to buy this air conditioner. But this at own your risk. Thank you.
