I passed out from the of BA in Sociology batch of 1995 from Mithibai College. Its been over 9 years now however the memories are fresh in my mind....Mithibai was second home for us students with its warm and caring environment. The professors, the admin team and our Principal then Mrs. Rupa Shah were the very people who made the college a welcoming place for the new batches. This college is always buzzing with lectures, activities and programmes.
Our pet canteen was another highlight which served the most delicious food and despite the not so classy look of the canteen as in Johar movies ;o) this was the place to hang around to catch up with friends and foes ;o)
Anyone who wishes to not only learn what the syllabus has to offer but also wants to grow over all must join this college because this is the place where you have opportunities to enrich your life with experiences and leave with fond memories.
Our professors are the soul of this college and I’d like to make a special mention of Mrs. Nambiar, Dipti Mam and Engineer Mam who were so passionate about teaching and sharing that they touched our lives in every way. The professors in this college go out of their way to give you that push that you need when you are struggling with anything. They are the true friend, philosopher and guide every student is looking for at that stage in life.
I’d like to thank them and the college for making my years memorable and helping me top the University in my subject that year. I could not have done it without your dedication towards my excellence.
