Today I am going to review this restaurant which I happened to visit last week with one of my friend. I visited this place as I had heard a lot about the delicious food they have especially the punjabi dishes but all my expectation crashed after visiting this place.
we ordered for Dal makhni along with Paneer nawabi and tandoori naan. To begin with the appetizers we ordered some Paneer tikka. The worst part was that it took them 45 minutes to serve us just the snacks leave aside main course. The food tasted good but the presentation was average.
we complained for the dirty glasses to which the waiter didn’t pay any heed to our repeated requests and in the end served us with small plastic cups.
Ambiance is below average with everyone shouting out the orders loudly and lots of noise.
Customer service is poor as it took them around an hour to serve our food to us which was not at all great.
It is definitely not a value for money especially when we see the prices and the level of service they provide. The taste was as usual like other restaurants and nothing much special to taste except the special dal makhni which was good, rest other things are overly priced. I would definitely not recommend this place
