I gave over the matter to Surat approved administration focus. They went to a few times, took within unit and outside unit PCB and lotted of exploration, at last following 45 days of long administration time, pronounced that external unit PCB is not working henceforth you have to pay 14000 rupees for new PCB. The incongruity is that I purchased AC in 50, 000 thousand and requesting 14, 000 rupees for repairing charges which is 30% expense! Would you be able to think any AC give you such inconvenience!
My reasonable perspective is 1) Very exceptionally poor administration: Service is excessively lazy, they never call you. Each time you need to preliminary. They don’t have appropriate individual to repair the Ac. My AC took very nearly 45 days to repair and still I am holding up to begin. They just gave me rebate on PCB to 10700 rupees.
For that I called their Delhi Office(International Aircon) Mr. Shailendra to determine the matter. 2) Product is having extremely low quality. Would you be able to think, in the wake of paying 50000 rupees, following 13 months, 10700 rupees is the repairing cost!
