Heard a lot abt its product quality; bough a Mitsubishi electric air con and though it worked flawlessly the first year, ever since then it has been causing trouble such as frequent water leak and now for the last few MONTHS doesn’t cool. the worst part is its dealer/service network in Trivandrum, horrible to say the least. They sent their rather unqualified technicians with no knowledge whatsoever atleast 4 times in the last 2 months but couldn’t fix what could have been the simplest of problems. Even after me suggesting to change the board at my cost, they have not been able to help. Funnily enough they would send different guys each time making life miserable for me to narrate the story all over again but for absolutely no use whatsoever!
