We made a purchase before the Covid pandemic, due to lockdown we were on work from home so units were not working. When we reached to service centers they said we cannot send the site engineer since there is a lockdown. And once lockdown is over when we reached to them they simply said now your free service period is over you have to pay for parts and service. Every company has extended and update warranty services due to covid, we read somewhere Mitsubishi also extended warranty but the service center is not accepting this and keep asking for repairing cost. Please look into this.
