The worst product I had ever seen. Their service support and commitments are very poor and non reliable. I recommend MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC over MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES.
MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC machines are very good in quality and mainly they run very silent. Many people confuse between these two brands and think MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES are better machines as it’s named heavy industries. The fact is that these both are two separate companies as reliance Anil Ambani and MUKESH Ambani groups. They are both from the same family but noway the same company.
MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC is well known for quality. Moreover MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC is now in to the Indian market and support their products with service by their own as you can see on packing its written that MANUFACTURED BY "MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC Thailand." imported and marketed by "MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC INDIA PVT LTD." where as for Mitsubishi heavy industries it’s written that manufactured by MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, IMPORTED AND MARKETED BY "international aircon" where they are just importing the machines and reselling the products in India.
If some thing happens with international aircon no one is there to take care of our machines even if you notice they issue the warranty card on name of international aircon not MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES.
Finally I advice not to go with Mitsubishi heavy industries. The choice is yours.
