I have been working here for last 7 years now.
• Since size of the company is small hence the quality of work and responsibility given to individuals at early ages is pretty good which keeps work interesting
• It is a company if self-starters, you can do what you want if you are motivated and the management does not stop new ideas and get rewarded equally. If you are not a self-starter then too you are safe and can continue working steadily.
• The attrition is low here because people get comfortable with the family like set-up. Some may like it or some may dislike. I like it, my boss is my father in the company he is tough with me when I am wrong but has mentored me well and been taking care of me for over six years now.
• The management side is very structured, because of my role I have very close interaction with the management, and they are professionals who give a lot of mutual respect to all employees. I must stay that the staff is well respected here.
• There is no offsite, all you get is a day’s training followed by a party at night in a year at a decent location near the office. If you expect an agency type global or even national offsite here then this is not the company for you.
