I purchased MIVI Thunderbeats earphones and was quite satisfied during initial use of around six months, though I was using it only occasionally. But then after some time, the right earpiece stopped working. I raised the ticket with the companys customer care on 20th April 2020 and now till today i.e on 29th June 2020, no resolution has been provided. Till date I have written at least 30 e mails to the customer care but there are experts in dilly dallying on one pretext or the other.
The customer service is pathetic and one would definitely give up without getting the support if the earphones develop any problem during the warranty period.
So purchase this earphones at your own risk as if there is no guarantee on the product because you will not be getting any real warranty. Its just on papers. I have also gave up after tiresome exchange of some 30 odd mails.
