Please stay away from MM Movers and Packers(Bangalore) and avoid all the frustration and disgust we went through. Our experience - Breakage, delays, spill-overs, disorganized, unprofessional, bad planning, bad time management..we saw all of that.
They came over and took a look at our place and estimated they would send the required cartons and would wind up by 6 PM and asked us to leave the house as is and promised to unpack stuff at the new place.
They failed on all fronts. They even struggled to dismantle and put the furniture back together. It was a terrible experience. To add to all this they were unapologetic and very rude. We made the whole payment, bought the cartons and just got rid of them because we could not stand them any more.
Please avoid them. Insurance is just an eye wash! The oriental insurance guy who called did not take the trouble to visit us because the broken and damaged stuff was 2 years old and refused to speak/understand english/hindi?
