We were moving from Hyderabad to Bangalore, approached mm logistics for shifting our household goods. They got back to us immediately and agreed to the service on required date. When we needed the shifting to be done prior to the scheduled date they said they can do that without any problem. They agreed to come on 29 th April in the morning and we waited that morning no one turned up. We packed everything, closed kitchen literally stood without any basic items.
When we called them they said they are going to make it 100% next morning. We believed in them and somehow spent that day and night in the same home and next morning no one turned up again! When we called Hyderabad service person he said he wouldn’t come and cut the call! It was such a bad experience we had with them and we were running out of time as we had to be in Bangalore by then. Finally we booked agarwal, thankfully they came very next day and did shifting so smoothly.
This is the worst service provider would never ever refer anybhody
