The movie, Moana, based on a Polynesian myth, portrays that, all life forms were created by Goddess Te Fiti, who later changed herself into the shape of an island. The demigod Maui(Dwayne Johnson) steals her heart, a part of a glowing rock, thus, inflicting a curse upon all the neighboring islands. In the course, his magical fish hook gets lost together with his superpowers. Ages after, Moana(Auli’i Cravalho), who is the princess of one such cursed island called Motunui, is selected by the ocean to locate Maui so that heart of Te Fiti could be restored. The story goes on with the fearless Moana with her pet chicken Heihei, finding Maui, and convincing him to return the heart to Te Fiti. An action-packed voyage, filled with gigantic monsters and unfeasible chances, Moana accomplishes her quest and on the fray, she is able to realize her own self. Both the central characters, Dwayne Johnson and Auli’i Cravalho, along with the others are too good at their voices and of course, the movie directors Ron Clements and John Musker( the makers of "The Little Mermaid, " "Aladdin, " "The Princess & the Frog"), have created an extremely amazing animated movie that is really praiseworthy.
