If not then why your employees do not respond to phone calls or WhatsApp texts?
I have been following up for the one month regarding a defective office chair and the manager told me that it will be replaced. Last week I got a call saying that it will be replaced by this week. Today is Saturday and they are not responding to my calls not even customer care and the manager never responds to my texts and calls.
Do you really treat your customers this way? Is this your brand is all about?
I don’t care if you give me the replacement or not but I will make sure no one from my contacts will not purchase a product from your company. Take care of your business
