Very bad service

I recharge a airtel no amount was deducted from wallet but I haven’t  received any benefit.


Raised a ticket that us 4171097 still haven’t got any resolution and I called to Mobikwik.com customer care they put on mute, I also posted on Facebook but still no revert and no resolution.
