Hello friend today I am going to share my experiance regarding mkbikwik app. I heard that it is best app for recharge and bill payment.That’s why start to use that app and I am using it for 6 months.Then I realise that it is worst app ever, because I try to payment of my mobile bill but many times the payment failed.And when I request for refund that will credit in my account after two week.That is very slow. That’s app layout is very complex and many un-important items are added in the home page.I feel, that design of their notification are not useful.Many times when I try to check offers then it frequently hanged.That leads to time consuming and wrong selection.They does not give any offer like other apps that’s make it useless. All the features of this app are useless because they are old dated .They don’t change it.I am using that app from past period as I tell you and I fell that only few changes are made i.e layout , popup notification, security patches but till now they need more changes .They don’t know the taste and prefrence of their customers. That app is useless and time because once I try to pay my electricity bill but it failed.And they even give me my money back after 2 weeks.And I have to pay my bill throught other method.That’s why I don’t like that app.
