Bad service

Hi


Friends last month 18 I recharge my electricity bill through MobiKwik app the transaction was failure but my money got ditucted from my bank account of Rs 1050


I called the customer care service and I said about my transaction details and they said the amount will be refound to your account with in 3-15 days but I wait till now but my money was not refound


I try to Cal the customer care service but my call was not reaching them wat the worst service they r providing to the customer


Its very bad I sujjest all my friends to no go with MobiKwik app to any transaction
