Mobikwik is another e-wallet for soing payment online availble across everywhere and it also provide cashback sorry now it provide supercash .cashback means which we can use without restriction and supercash means which have restriction to be used .
Because of this thing they are stealing our cashback as it terms and condition is maximum 10 % we can use but in many transaction it automatically use 1 to 2 % so it means if we will do 10000 transaction we can use 100 rupees before we can use whole amount means if we are doing transaction of 100 we have use whole 100 rs cashback .
Second thing they donot have and customer support call no. If you email also you get response in 5 to 6 days .
Third they charge money for transfering money to bank account before they donot take charge .
Many times after transaction get failed any money debited but not showing in wallet when we contact they say we not have recieved money
