Hi Friends, I would like to share my personal experience about’MobiKwik’ mobile application. This app is basically used to pay the utilities bills and recharge, there is nothing new in this app. After using this app I realized that, It was not an useful application, hence I refuse to use this and uninstall it.
Previously this app provides you the great offers and promo code, which you can directly redeemed in specific certain time of expiration, but nowadays they add the new feature name like’Supercash’ which is so pathetic.
Previous week only I booked the train tickets by using this app and #15037680189979 this is the order id of that transaction. while using the promo code they shown me that you will get the 15% cashback in supercash wallet, but I got only 27 Supercash only. I spent around 540 RS for booking the train tickets, so at least I got 50 RS for this transaction. I don’t know how to solve this issue. They never respond to your mail and query. Customer services were to pathetic.
One more important thing I want to add here is that, you can’t transfer this supercash to any bank or any wallet. You can redeem it by paying utilities bills and travel ticket bookings only(Except Recharge and bills payment). and you can use 10% supercash only for doing any transaction, otherwise it will get expired. Till now mine more than 100 Rs supercash was expired from the wallet, means total 100 RS lost. This is really very bad feature of this application. They need to improve on this.
Concept for making this app is really good but execution fails. Layout and design is quite well, but app is not easy to use in initial days. Not having new and extra features like paytm app, so I will not recommend this app to anyone. I hope my review will help you to take right decision.
