Mobikwik is one of the good website but according to my opinion their customer service is really not good. I had experience that I have added 5000 rupees firstly the full amount we cannot add at one time we have to add 1000, 1000 then 3000or something like that.
So its not good for us and second thing I had withdraw the money to bank then many problem arises that they have said you cannot withdraw the money to bank I have call to customer care then they havent replied me properly so I didnot prefer this application.
And now my 5000 have stuck I am using this money to recharge and booking purpose.
