This NEGATIVE feedback I am writing about MOBIKWIK after a month of constant contact with Mobikwik. Their first level department. Their Supervisors and also final state NODAL Desk at Mobikwik
So, after my experience. As a Information Technology professional having experience in the field I am writing this Feedback.
SIMPLY - DO NOT use Mobikwik as aishwaryasingh23ment Gateway.
As you might aware on most of the websITES_Company you can see Mobikwik as aishwaryasingh23ment option now. Specially on third party sITES_Company like eBay.in
Here MOBIKWIK role is, taking money from you. And aishwaryasingh23ing to the concern website from where you are purchasing. So, it is aishwaryasingh23MENT Gateway system.
And if you are person with sufficient knowledge you MUST be aware that. In case of any fraud with website. As per western countries and all popular nations. We can complaint with aishwaryasingh23ment Gateway to check and reverse the transaction. I did same but, GOT nothing from this Fraud Mobikwik but, I have wasted my lot and lot of time.
LET me tell you details of FRAUD done by eBay.in and their Seller iTnMall
also this fraud seller operating with different business names.

And doing TAX fraud as well. So, if you are victim of fraud from this seller immediately report the bill with income tax department.
So, issue is.
I purchase a Wiio Mobile Phone.
But, I got damage phone. Actually it is fraud case.
They sent me phone with missing accessories. Scratches on the mobile phone
Already phone seal opened and then attached with glue the same sticker. Anyhow attaching sticker does not help for their fraud because, You can easily see phone is very bad in condition with missing accessories.
So, I have lodged complaint with Fraud eBay seller - itnmall

But, this irresponsible fraud seller did not resolve the issue and not responding after once giving promise he will resolve it.
So, I opened eBay guarantee Claim - A dispute system with eBay.in website
But, only come to know about eBay fraud after this case.
They simply ignored the case and not responding at all.
Whenever I contact through email, no response just acknowledgement emails from their server.
So, contacted through calls. On calls they simply say "we have escalated this case and we will get back to you with resolution within 24 hours. Again after few days they started saying 24-48 hours.
Like this 2 weeks completed.
And same information on chat support as well.
So, after waiting for 2 weeks of this fraud case. I asked them take seriously or else I will file a case with consumer and other departments.
So, one day on chat. They were saying me. Provide the proof / images of "Item not as described case"
I simply got shocked.
Because, "item not as described" is also one of the option while opening claim from eBay.in
But, since this is fraud case. I have clearly selected "Item missing case"
So, when I got irate and inform them. How can they deny and give false information.
I have proof in my email that every customer receives as soon as opened claim.
In that system generated email. You can easily see reason for claim and expected resolution like replacement or refund.
BuT, this American company without the fear of Indian LAW. Doing day robbery and our law system is soo weak unable to catch them.
They clearly doing fraud+ fraud here.
First they send me damage phone.
And repeatedly started saying, this phone comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty so contact service center.
But, this case is not about the service/technical issue of the phone. It is FRAUD missing item case.
Anyhow I even contacted service center after few days and they told me same. Contact SELLER. Since this is missing item case.
When I contact eBay with that information. Still this RobotouchND fellows saying same thing again and again.
One idiot from Claims / escalation department repeatedly called 3 times and said we are closing this case.
CAN you believe this Fraud exists?
How they are doing day time robbery?
So, after waiting all these weeks. I contacted Mobikwik and inform them about the issue.
But, irresponsible customer care at Mobikwik simply copy and paste the responses without checking anything from customer.
I clearly told them. I have contacted multiple times and I am victim of Fraud.
But, Mobikwik simply CLOSING the case saying RESOLVED and asking me to contact eBay.
This is not resolution at all. Because I have contacted them after contacting eBay escalation and grievance department.
So, I even complaint with NODAL department at Mobikwik and this worst Nodal desk simply closing the case as resolved and saying same to contact eBay and sometimes sending responses like we will get back to you.
So, after a month I am writing this review. Although SELLER of eBay which operating from other websITES_Company as well is completely fraud. Fraud seller name is itNmall
Fraud eBay not resolving the case.
And irresponsible Mobikwik violating the consumer rules.
So, please do not use Mobikwik at any cost. This is completely a junk service.
If you are using for mobile recharge etc you can find many other websITES_Company but, do not give opportunity for this kind of websITES_Company that never help us.
I am victim of Fraud and Mobikwik must reverse the transaction at anycost
