I’ve upgraded my mobikwik balance using my credit card for 98/-.but every time I try to recharge my phone it never gets recharged and also my mobikwik balance amount gets debited.
A fake customer number is provided 9999925342 which never works and only way to contact is through mail who doesn’t give proper response even though we provide them with all the transaction ids, recharge amount, email id and phone number.
A bunch of frauds they are, just ended up losing my money.worst site and much worse customer care.its not mobikwik, its fraudkwik.
