Hello friends I want to share my opinions on this Mobile online bill payments app mobikwik.com which is a very useless app. I have installed this app and used it for twice but as they offered no supercash or even cashback is available to my account. This is real waste of time and money. The features are also not many and design is also very average.The app is designed for payments of utility bills, Electricity bills, DTH and other bill payments very quickly but it is not quick instead it is very slow.As they promised first there will be no supercash will be provided and I am very disappointed both the times when I used this mobikwik.com for paying bills and waited for the cashback. When I initially payed my electricity bill through this mobikwik.com I have payed 1500Rs and I have 350Rs supercash in my wallet but the total amount was deducted but the discount they shown is 50Rs but there is no discount and when I tried second time buying a watch for 3, 000Rs the same thing repeated the full amount was deducted and I have sent a mail to them but no response was seen and I have uninstall the mobikwik.com. So I suggest please don’t install this app and get cheated this is a app which makes the users fall in their tricks and gives unwanted reasons for the cashback they don’t provide. Waste of time and the time taken for loading is also very much and this is not very user friendly. Thank you guys
