Mobikwik which is the online recharge website or application.this is not a good application to pay bill or mobile recharges. I have paid for my recharge , but have not got recharge done.i understand that this happens at time.but even 24 hour there is nothing done.when contacted with mobikwik customercare, they did’t even care for the customere nor did they solve problem .this is much worse and better this conmpany learns sone lessons from freecharge and paytm. Also this company customer care number hardly connects or it will be busy. Such a worest customer service. So all the users please be careful of this kind of cheating of mobikwik
