I have tried to recharge for my mobile for Rs 1100/- on 28th October with order id #**138295439196610**, but the recharge is unsuccessful. Raised a ticket for for refund from the wallet to my bank account on the same day.
They just don’t listen to refund, rather insisting on keeping the amount in the wallet. Already raised the issue with my bank also.
Their customer care number does not work. Please do not use this website ever.They seems fraud.
Do not know when I will get back the amount. Could not give rating less than one. Mouthshut please provide us option to give no/zero rating.
Today is 8th Nov 2013, till today that they have not refunded my money to my bank account.
