Today I am going to share my personal experience with you regarding the Mobikwik app.actually I was not using the Mobikwik app but recently I installed it as you all know Mobikwik is giving 300 Cashback on first Jio recharges through the mobikwik app.so I downloaded 3 days ago.from three days I’m trying to signup in mobikwik app but I couldnot.it always shows error on sending me the one time password.i don’t know how the app will run after the sign up.but first I’m not able to sign up on it.now I tried website on chrome and I was able to signup from website but it also doesn’t work properly.we the postpaid from customers need to make a bill payment on 10 ripped to make the Jio postpaid sim as prepaid.and I do the same.when I tried to make the recharge of my phone it showes the phone number is not a postpaid number.the mobikwik should properly tackle these issues and make them clear So that customer don’t face these problems.So I request mobikwik to give attention to these problems.
