I have a mobikwik account 7904147074 to which I had transferred rs509 from bank account on 13/5/17 for paying bsnl bill but since later I found bsnl landline bill option not there I wanted to transfer back the full amount which I was not allowed to do so I posted a complaint in a site after which started getting calls from so called mobikwik customer care guys who asked me to give my pin number so that they could refund the amount immediately and once they got it the fraudsters used it to recharge their two mobile numbers some where in the north india which only after an hour reflected in my mobikwik account and in spite of complaining to mobikwik giving all the details they want all the details again and want to put the blame on the customer hiding the glaring loopholes in their system of fraud prevention and safety, only after the loot happened did they call me after many hours and still they have not tracked the fraudsters nor refunded a penny to their customer.its a perfect platform to loot the customer and let him die on the road, dont know when customer will be the king in our country being the largest democracy.
