Advertises "cashback" on various popular merchants like zomato, big basket, jabong etc where people are bound to get fooled because all other wallets, banks etc provide a simple cashback. Has a sneaky TOS and absolutely useless cashback scheme that forces you to keep doing more transactions to redeem what you already have. I got duped spending Rs 6000 total on zomato and jabong via mobikwik for cashbacks, and guess what, to redeem my measly Rs 267 cashback, I will need to do god knows how many transactions because only a negligible 10% of this cashback can be redeemed per transaction. [I dare you to try doing the math, you will understand why I am simply choosing to give up the cash back]. A total farce and scam on name of cashback. What mobikwik doesn’t understand about customers though is_I would rather forfeit this cash back and stop using your service altogether over being held to ransom to use such poor cash back schemes clearly aimed to chain customer to your service._ Please use PayTM or simply get a credit card with reward points facility over using a pathetic excuse of wallet called mobikwik. PayTM may not give as many cashback, but in all my years of using them, I have never been duped in such manner by them! ZERO marks to Mobikwik on being customer oriented and transparent.
