I wanted to recharge my phone and my friend suggested that if you signup for Mobiwik and select the add cash option you will get 200% cash back and max limit is 80 Rs so I installed the app although I has low data balance and I clicked on register but while registering it was asking to add cash without the promo code option after I went to the banking page and entered the details I cancelled the transaction because it did not give me promo code option and then I signed up without entering add cash option but when I tried to add the cash with the promo code after entering the account it said you are an existing user, This is called cheating. Login page should not have add cash option and even if it has add cash option they should have proved promo code option while signing up also second technical error is that the account should recognize that I am adding the cash for the first time so it should have allowed me to avail the offer. All offers are not as promised. My friend was my eye opener or else I would have paid for no reason. The contact us option just keeps rotating and I can`t even get solution to this.
