I used Mobikwik a couple of time to recharge using website. I noticed that they have stored by credit card information. I didn’t want them to store my credit card information. I am not able to delete it from the website.
So I raised a ticket to customer service. They responded quickly that I can delete it only from their mobile application. The customer service people are also not able to delete it from the backend!
Looks like I have to now buy a smartphone to delete credit card information stored on their website. This is ridiculous.
If Mobikwik is allowing users to store credit card information via Website, they should have option to delete it via Website itself.
I think this is an unethical business practice. So I am rating this site only one 1 star.
