I will be sharing my experience with mobikwik which will prove that they are not so professional than PayTm.
Once there was an offer on mobikwik called’Earn and redeem payback points’. To get eligible for the offer I had to pay/shop from mobikwik from any three categories listed which were food, shopping, entertainment. Qualifying amount was minimum transaction of 100 rupees from each category.
If you are eligible then you would get 500 payback points which will be credited to you on or before 15th of the next month.
So I was eligible for the offer on the month of november and as expected the points should be credited till 15th of december but they didn’t. So then I raised some tickets about the missing payback points but every time they made some excuses and . They have very pathetic customer service which are really very irresponsible.
So till date I didn’t received any points, so I would suggest you to switch to Paytm as they have proved really very promising to me.
