Pathetic service

Paid my BEST undertaking Bill payment on 12th February 2022 on mobikwik .Their history shows transaction successful but BEST’undertaking has messaged a failure message to me . Now there is no response from mobikwik and my payment is already deducted from my credit card. My BEST undertaking Bill is still showing pending even on mobikwik app
