Mobikwik is highly unreliable site. When I do transactions in other websites like IRCTC and make the payment through mobikwik wallet, the login is based on mobile no and OTP sent by Mobikwik. This is the only option even if you have userid and password.
I loaded money in my wallet of Mobikwik to book tickets by IRCTC. I tried booking tickets by making payments through mobikwik. I had to try 5 times and 4 out of 5 times I never received the OTP, even after waiting for more than 15 minutes(by this time, the transaction timeout happens and have to start all over). Although confirmed berths were available by the time I got to booking using the OTP finally received in 5th attempt, the tatkal ticket had gone. I wasted 2 hours of precious time unsuccessfully trying to book a ticket using Mobikwik. They should change their name to Mobislow as nothing happens in time.
There is no option to request OTP, if not received already. No option to login using password even if you already have an account with them. Pathetic design of payment system.
