Now a days market demand of Mobikwik goes on increasing but it needs too many improvements. It is a online payment gateway that specially deals with recharges and bill payments. I am going to share my personal experience with Mobikwik. In Mobikwik wallet to wallet transaction and mobile recharges works very fast even there is slow data connection.
It doesnot have upi payment option so when you going to transfer money from mobikwik wallet to your bank account you have to transfer money by Immediate fund transfer system( IMPS) by entering your name, account number and other bank details and one thing is really annoying that you can’t transfer money untill you have the minimum balance of Rs 500.
Another thing is that you can’t know your nearby retailer stores that are accepting payments via mobikwik.
Most of the times you can’t get the promised cashback by mobikwik. It happens so many times with me and my friends.
At last their customer care service is very bad. Their customer care service is very non responsive or responds very lately. If you call or chat them they will give a ticket of complaining but you will never get a solution to your problem or get after a long period of time.
Now a days it ties up with various e-commerce partners and provides many supercash back( not cash back) . By comparing with other ewallets like Paytm, Phone Pe I am giving it two star ratings.
