I made a transaction thru mobikwik wallet to a furniture online shop housefull.com for Rs.6490/- which failed and transaction history shows that "housefull" credited back the amount to my wallet. Still my balace did not get udated and shows ZERO. I wrote and they accepted they would soon bring back the money to my wallet balance but can u believe 26 days have passed and they r just not able to do anything about it! Wallet companies are supposed to work like trustworthy banks and I have had made hundreds of transactions thru paytm . It is much ahead of mobikwik in terms of work efficiency and custoer support. I never had this kind of delay problems with them. Mobikwik’s customer care numbers are not even working! Try for yourself .
