WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Tthese people blocked my account as I used two accounts from same device, I clearly told them that I used my account as well as my brothers account, these people dont have any live chat or toll free number, I used to call them daily, I wasted more than 100rs balance. I sent my pan card and bank statement as they asked, they told my account will get unblocked in 15days.


Its more than 4 months, till now they didnt unblock, whenever I asked them on fb, they simply tell me to resend again, till now I sent 3times, they didnt unblock my account, and just robbed my wallet balance. they think as if they are the number one. they dont want genuine customers, they want only those who rips them by using fake device emulators
